Yoga

With over 13 years of service in the military, including a role as a Master Fitness Trainer Stephanie brings both discipline and heart to every ride. After retiringand navigating the challenges of civilian life, she turned her lifelong passion for fitness into a mission-driven studio designed to uplift, empower and connect.

Certified in HIIT, group fitness, nutrition, and cycling she leads with purpose—blending structure, music and motivation to meet each rider exactly where they are. Whether you’re new to the saddle or chasing your next breakthrough, she is committed to helping you push past limits and own your strength one ride at a time .

Lisa Caro

With over six years of experience leading high-energy classes across El Paso, Lisa brings strength, rhythm, and real results to every ride — from community events to in-studio sessions. As a cycling coach, her classes are rooted in connection, confidence, and killer playlists that keep the energy high and the pedals turning.

Whether you’re a first-time rider or a seasoned regular, Lisa will make sure you feel right at home; by pushing your limits, while sweating with purpose. Leave every ride feeling unstoppable.

Desiree Huerta

With over eight years of experience, Desiree brings high-energy, inclusive fitness to every class—from Glute Camp to Pilates, Cycle to Bootcamp. Her sessions are designed to build strength, confidence, and community, with every movement rooted in purpose.
