Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We keep our classes small – up to 15 riders per session – so every bike matters. When a spot goes unused, it is a spot another rider could not book.

The policy

A $15 fee is applied to no-shows, or to cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking.

How to cancel

• Cancel more than 24 hours before your class start time and there is no charge.
• Cancel within 24 hours of your class, or do not show up, and the $15 fee applies.
• Manage your bookings at cyostudiobooking.com.
