Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We keep our classes small – up to 15 riders per session – so every bike matters. When a spot goes unused, it is a spot another rider could not book.
The policy
A $15 fee is applied to no-shows, or to cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking.
How to cancel
Cancel more than 24 hours before your class start time and there is no charge.
Cancel within 24 hours of your class, or do not show up, and the $15 fee applies.
Call the studio to change or cancel your booking.
